30th April 2013 - We paid to get out tender done because Rawson was going to increase their prices by $8000.
14th May 2013- Still waiting for soil and survey test to be done. Finalised what we want included in our tender.
Still unsure about keeping tiles and carpet or doing it ourselves.
14th June 2013- Received tender. Yet to sign.
2nd Feb 2014 - Council approved application
9th Feb 2014 - House demolished
11th Feb 2014 - Site prepared
14th Feb 2014 - Piers
20th Feb 2014 - Concrete poured
3rd April 2014 - Frames started
15th April 2014 - Frames finished
17th April 2014 - Internal plumping
9th May 2014 - Stacker door installed ( incorrect size so will replace later)
17th June 2014 - Brick work started
14th August 2014 - Brick work finished. Roof tiles to first floor installed.
21st August 2014 - Eaves to first floor done
23rd August 2014 - External painting
28th August 2014 - Gutters installed to garage and alfresco
3rd September 2014 - Roof tiles to alfresco and garage
4th September 2014 - Electrical meter bo connected. Eave to garage and alfresco
